I WAS a regular customer who resides in the same neighbourhood where Starbucks is. Lomondgate Starbucks WAS our meeting place for our catch-up but it came to an end since I was charged £100 parking fine due to not entering the plate number into their parking device that was concealed and disconnected . Not to mention that your staff altitude is not pleasant, not a single day they welcomed us, they were absolutely disengaged with us and utmost helplessness with customers. I raised my concern to customer service (case number CS0004736) however not a call received from Area Manager, that was the final straw since then we are boycotting Starbucks, and I have already raised awareness in our commu...

The drive thru is unbelievably slow! The first time I went I had told my friend I was going on the way to meet them and they told me that when she had visited before they were very slow. I was The only person in the drive thru and it still took over 10 minutes for 1 drink. I visited twice after thinking maybe it was just a bad day and the first time I went back the line was so long I just left chalking it down to just being 9:30 in the morning so there would be a lot of people getting coffee but the second time was around 11am so not a busy time at all but there were around 4 cars sitting in the drive thru so I parked up and decided just to go into the shop only to find that they had locked...

At Starbucks now- Stopped for cycle break Needed seat by window to keep eye on bikes All tables but not all seats taken fellow customers offered vacant seats for use I went to take one and move to empty table only to be screamed at by staff member at the top of her voice and very aggressively. Not isolated incident- only minutes later another fellow customer also needed a seat and was similarly humiliated and embarrassed by staff shouting at her across restaurant. I understand staff are under pressure in these difficult times but there is simply no excuse for denigrating your own clientele. Merry Christmas to you too Starbucks.

Since there are no other parking options for visitors to use, the parking company is making a significant amount of money. After receiving a £60 fine, I inquired with the staff about the machine. They seemed unsure about how much extra time you would receive by using it and mentioned that the machine does not always work properly. It was quite quiet and cold ,I was expecting one of the two Staff to bring it over as it was quiet instead of shouting ,one of the staff looked bored and disinterested the first coffee was large looked like a pint and even with 3 shots was too mild, second one was medium again with 3 shots was better the cake/ snack cabinet was sparse ,Will not be back

We had a great experience with our service and enjoyed eating a meal with two small children and had multiple coffees while feeding children. However when we returned home a few days later we found a bill for £100 because we stayed for more than 90 min. Starbucks needs to use its power to advocate for it's customers against outragous parking fees.

During a long journey home, my car broke down at the Dumbarton motorway services. Thankfully, the staff at Starbucks were incredibly kind and allowed us to sit in the store until closing time, saving us from sitting in a cold vehicle. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at Starbucks for their hospitality.

The staff at the restaurant are very friendly, but be cautious because we ended up staying for 1 hour and 50 minutes and received a £100 parking charge. There were no signs indicating this, and it never crossed my mind that they wouldn't want customers to stay for that long. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered Flat White and Grande Capuccino with Oat milk, unsweetened. What arrived was a sugared foam, without coffee, none. Tasted like cardboard, with the texture of saliva. I am keeping the leftovers and asking a scientist friend to determine what exactly was in each cup.
