Starbucks - Reserva de mesa

This weekend was my second experience receiving egg bites without a fork from two different locations. Do the staff even think before serving? Ever since Starbucks started accepting mobile orders, the accuracy has really declined, and it wasn't all that great to start with. Plus, can you please stop hiring timid and unfriendly staff, Starbucks? Also, what's with all the snack items lacking chocolate? No more chocolate-dipped madeleines, chocolate-covered graham crackers, or chocolate-covered almonds. The new chocolate-covered almonds look and taste like they've been left in someone's pocket and washed in the laundry.

Asked me if I wanted cream, I said yes. They proceeded to give me a completely overflowing cup of black coffee. I then drove 15 minutes home to find out my coffee was not made correctly and I had no creamer in the house. Maybe if the person running the window would focus and pay attention instead of doing everything as fast as humanly possible she would have made my coffee right and not messed up my day so bad. Don't worry, they got their $5 tip though.

Be cautious; the restaurant occasionally closes early. This happened to me on a recent visit when the lobby closed at 12:00 p.m., despite Google Maps indicating it would be open until 8:30 p.m. The location offers easy access to the westbound I-80, although it's less convenient for eastbound traffic. There’s ample parking available. However, while there’s outdoor seating, it can be quite noisy due to the nearby freeway traffic.

Since the pandemic, this location has been frequently closed. I was charged an extra $0.70 for substituting oat milk due to my lactose intolerance. One would expect plant-based products to be cheaper than animal-based ones. It seems I have to pay more to avoid the hormones and other unwanted substances found in regular milk... just saying. Not very friendly if you are not a regular. Quite rude with the attitudes. Cellphones should be kept out of their hands.

Nice and friendly guys. I didn’t like my drink and they saw it and did new one, I even didn’t have to tell it.

Always have a great experience at Starbucks. I'm a dark roast fan; the darker the roast the better.

Regular Coffee flavored drip coffee was cold via drive through.
