I wish I could give this store and the young lady who made my drink a negative zero. First, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium drink, but when I received it, it was really small. I asked to change the size, and the young girl at the register, who was very sweet, told me not to worry about the difference—I could just get a new drink at no charge. However, I noticed she was speaking to another employee who seemed dismissive. I heard her say, "Charge her," and it was clear that the girl at the register didn’t want to comply, but felt she had no choice. This was my first visit to this Starbucks, which has a drive-thru, so I decided to wait in line instead of parking and taking the kids out of the car. The wait to order took a bit longer due to the busy drive-thru, but I suppose that’s to be expected at a popular Starbucks. When we reached the speaker, my wife placed the order, and the kids opted for kid-sized hot chocolates. Hot chocolate in 90-degree weather? To each their own, I guess. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Starbucks yesterday. The drink I received was so watered down and unpleasant that I’ve never encountered anything like it before. I’m not sure what’s happening at this location, but the staff were unfriendly, they mixed up my order, and it seemed like they were using so much water in the drinks that I felt completely cheated. Please, don’t compromise the quality of people’s drinks like that.
Do not go in this location if you want hot coffee. I use the drive thru and Every time I go there the coffee is cold . If you complain they tell you we can add hot water to it and if you say no , then they tell you to pull up and they will bring you another one , but they never do that . They make you wait and wait and wait in your car until you run out of time and have to leave to work. Big disaster , terrible management

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WONT FILL UP THE WHOLE CUP. I always send someone because I get too busy at work. But this is the final straw. I?m going next time and talking to the manager. Whenever he is there the workers actually fill it ip when he?s not there they slack. And as you can tell I haven?t drank from it yet. This is exactly how they give it to customers.
This is the second and last time I get something from here. Whoever is making the coffee doesn't know what they are doing. The flavor is off, and the caffeine is way too strong.
