We get here and the first thing they tell us is they don 't have the dragon fruit for the drink we ordered two iced caramel macchiato when we get the order the caramel was missing which is and extra charge and they tell us the coffee won 't even taste like caramel after it was charged and served. While we waited there was a tall white male yelling out recital slurs bye illegal and bye minis to people who seemed pretty bothered by it since one responded I am legal in which this male completely disregarded and ignores. I consider myself a regular when it comes to Starbucks but this is crossing the lines with their standard.
I usually don't make Google reviews on these kinds of chain stores unless the service was great. Although they are busy most of the time, both ladies working today were friendly and helpful with a huge smile, I got my vanilla beans Frappuccino they so that it should be done, the business was very clean and well organized. This Starbucks was clean, the music held at a reasonable level and had many seats to sit. Drinks were perfectly prepared and my breakfast sandwich was hot and freshly costed. My only grip is that the parking lot was a little difficult when he was busy, but not so bad that I couldn't find any place at all. I recommend visiting these Starbucks as one if you want to sit and enjoy your drinks and snacks.
