This place definitely has a hard working staff! They are always slammed and maintain a cheerful and polite demeanor. The parking lot is way too cramped and a hazard on a very busy street. The bit of grass on the right would be better suited as an entrance for those who want to park. Most of the staff is excellent! Unfortunately, there is one individual who consistently makes drinks wrong and then maintains she made them correctly. I've been getting the same drinks for years so I know what they're supposed to look/taste like. We went in (Sunday) as the drive thru was all the way aroun. The poor lad who was working the drive thru seemed to have a break down and abruptly passed thread phones to a man (I don't think it was the manager as he told someone afterwards to keep an eye on the window) the lady put her head down an carried on working. I hope she's ok. Maybe I was one of those days.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for very long time great staff , when i pull to order they know who I am and always know my drink great staff and Ashley the manager is super professional and always has a smile , im Italian and I can tell you thatexpresso for me is part of my culture keep the good work going Starbucks buongiorno a tutti

I have bought my coffee and food from here before, the coffee and food are always delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only problem is the location, it's on a major roadway and when there is a long line through drive-thru it goesinto the street and you could be rear ended from traffic. Reserva una mesa ahora

Starbucks is overall decent, but the layout of the store feels a bit cramped, making it hard to get around. Parking can be a hassle due to the limited availability. Also, if you're heading west on Jericho Turnpike near the location, be aware that customers often wait in the roadway for drive-thru service.

Bri the barista! Horrible personality. Extremely rude! All we did was ask a question and she responded so rudely. Not need for that, especially when your job is in customer service! Yuck!
