We had a great experience over the weekend, fast turnaround of orders and staff were great but Monday morning was a disappointment and ruined the score. Coffee came out pretty quick but food was very slow and I had to ask twice. They apparently lost my food order so the girl warming food didn 't have a sticker for it so wouldn 't put it in. The girl who took the order says she checked our order and it was in tue system so wasn 't sure what happened. I had to spell out then can u tell her or give her the sticker so we can get our order? . It took 30 mins yet they could take care of their drive thru customers in a pinch.
This is the worst Starbucks in the area: they consistently refuse to make my mobile order until I arrive. I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes after I order 10-15 mins prior to arrival. What’s the point in mobile ordering? Please fix this issue. They need to prioritize more appropriately. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Waited 20 mins at drive thru, drink was wrong, asked to fix, he took it and gave it back exactly the same. Never thought I’d be upset at Starbucks : Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Starbucks is always good for me and gets the caffeinated job done. My only issue is that this location doesn't make certain drinks the way that other locations tend to. Its good but it tastes differnt.

Drivethru was cool, a lil small but I?m NOT complaining, customer service was great, and they listened to my order and got it correct! Very satisfied I?ll be back
Out of the hundreds of Starbucks in many different states I been to this one is the best location. They are so fast and the drinks are always made to perfection.

Very limited parking, but the drive thru is fantastic. Very fast, everything is always right, and the employees are always friendly.

Nice little Starbucks. Limited parking. Quiet and close to airport, hotels and a few sit down chain restaurants.
