I truly don 't know what was worse, the product or the TERRIBLE customer service. More specifically Patricia I placed my order after being rudely asked What do you want and no not in a polite tone, then I sat down to try and enjoy my hot beverage and not only was it practically cold, there were tones of coffee grinds. I asked for a new one and was rudely greeted with Nope bye . I was in shock that someone could be so rude to a customer. After that she began getting an attitude with a maintenance guy who works for stop and shop. The young man looked like he was ready to pass out from the heat (it was approx 90 degrees) and when he attempted to get a cup of water he was met with more rudeness....
This Starbucks is in a Stop Shop and does not instill confidence that the barista really knows what she/he is doing. They always seem distracted or angry. You're probably safest with straight coffee or tea. The sitting area is grungy (and not in a good way) and the selection of coffee is limited to Pikes Place. Only if you really need coffee while you're shopping would I recommend this Starbucks
Literally the rudest Starbucks. I go here almost every day (was). Today my card had a chip malfunction and wasn't working. They were so quick to grab the drink from my hand. It's a 3$ green tea, I have no problem coming back to pay for it. When I told the lady in front that I would never come back here, she did not care one bit. Extremely rude don't care about customers at all.
This is your classic, completely reliable and predictable Starbucks, faithful to the brand. It is also nice, comfortable, lively and inviting. I was in a rush and the place was packed, but the personnel was great, hard working, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely effective in delivery. Kuddos!
