This Starbucks, situated in a Stop & Shop, doesn’t instill much trust in the baristas’ abilities. They often seem distracted and sometimes even a little frustrated. If you want a dependable choice, your safest option is to stick to plain coffee or tea. The seating area feels messy—not in a cozy way—and the coffee selection is limited to Pike Place. I would only suggest visiting this Starbucks if you urgently need a caffeine boost while doing your grocery shopping.
This Starbucks has been the rudest I've ever encountered. I used to visit almost every day. Today, my card's chip malfunctioned and wouldn’t work. Despite it being just a $3 green tea from their menu, they quickly snatched the drink from my hand. I had no problem coming back to pay for it. When I told the woman at the counter that I would never return, she showed absolutely no concern. Extremely rude and completely indifferent to customers.
The situation only deteriorated when she began arguing with a maintenance worker from Stop and Shop. He seemed like he was on the verge of fainting from the heat (it was around 90 degrees), and when he simply tried to get a cup of water, he encountered even more rudeness. If this is the standard of customer service that Stop and Shop upholds, I will never go back to that store, nor will I visit the Starbucks located inside it.
Literally the rudest Starbucks. I go here almost every day (was). Today my card had a chip malfunction and wasn't working. They were so quick to grab the drink from my hand. This is your classic, completely reliable and predictable Starbucks, faithful to the brand. It is also nice, comfortable, lively and inviting. I was in a rush and the place was packed, but the personnel was great, hard working, enthusiastic, friendly andextremely effective in delivery. Kuddos!
Jamal and his team are incredible! The customer service here is outstanding, and they really know how to cater to their customers. If you always order the same drink, you don't even need to say anything—they already have it ready for you! I've never been let down during my visits!
This Starbucks is the classic, dependable spot true to the brand. It’s cozy, vibrant, and welcoming. Despite being busy and me in a hurry, the staff were fantastic—hardworking, enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Kudos to them!
The staff weren’t even at the counter to take orders. One employee seemed annoyed just for doing her job. If this location doesn’t want to serve customers, it should be closed or a new team should be hired. Reserva una mesa ahora
