I don't usually get ANYTHING Starbucks, but since we were running late to a Thanksgiving get-together, we decided to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The Starbucks at this particular location was very professional and nice, especially since the line was wrapped around the Coco Plum Plaza parking lot. But, putting my own bad experiences with Starbucks aside, this was the best experience I've EVER had with Starbucks. I, for one, DEFINITELY plan on coming back to this location. If I were the manager at this location, I'd give everyone there a MASSIVE raise, for dealing with the massive line of cars, for the incredible customer service, and for making me a PERMANENT FAN!! As a former employee and Starbucks regular for 10 years now, I can honestly say this store is perfect never messes up my drink and I’ve been a regular at this location for about a year now. I think they have my beverage memorized and they are all so friendly. The lines are sometimes long in the drive thru but the store I used to be a regular at in Naples… sucks so bad. This location however reminds me a lot of the way Starbucks intends on having its stores and I really hope corporate is proud of this one : Customer service is great, speed of service is great store is well maintained.
When I finally reached the drive-thru window after pleading and yelling for them to move along, the barista with short, choppy green hair began making excuses for the lengthy wait. It was a very frustrating experience, leaving me feeling quite distressed. I have reported this incident to both the district and regional managers, and I am considering filing a lawsuit for this undue treatment. No one should be held captive in a drive-thru, regardless of the circumstances.
I also want to extend my gratitude to the two gentlemen who looked after my scooter and the kind couple who checked on me and offered assistance after my fall. North Port has been incredibly welcoming and friendly to me, and I’m happy to call it home. Thank you again for the amazing customer service; you’re all rock stars! The area is always bustling with activity. We've visited several times, and it's usually quite impressive. Today, we decided to check out the inside and noticed that the wait for our coffee was much longer than expected. Outside, there were about a dozen people in line, but they were moving quickly. I really love this place!
I've noticed a strange trend lately where my cups are consistently not filled anywhere near the top. It’s becoming frustrating to pay over $8 for a grande and only receive a tall. With tips, it comes out to over $9! I'm also fairly certain I'm not getting my extra espresso shots either.
