I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a regular iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam, but the person taking my order kept getting it wrong. In the end, she gave me a pumpkin chai latte instead of the regular one, insisting that they were the same. I’ve never had this problem at this location before; I’ve always received great service—until today. I'm really upset about this.

Was a Little bit of a dirty shop but they had all the meme items available. And the staff were super friendly. The place itself was clean and kept neat. I think the furniture can just use an upgrade. The tables and chairs are old and scratches all
Won’t be coming back to this location. Drinks are inconsistent and service is slow. Last drink I got was mostly foam. And that was on their second attempt. Staff was nice though which is why I’m giving 2 stars. There are much better locations.

The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is both efficient and friendly.
I like Starbucks. This particular location has a nice cafe style interior as well.
