The lady who is in the register with red hair was so rude. I had my family trying to order drinks and was overly rude . I honestly felt discriminated due to her not even trying to keep eye contact or act in a friendly manner. Also while we waitingfor out drinks she was bad mouthing customers about how nobody not knowing what to order. I will contact corporate about thisissue. Knowing that she represents Starbucks as first point of contact being on the register is a negative point of view forcustomers. The barista who gave us our drinks was amazing and went as far as apologizing. However I will never return to thisStarbucks and will not recommend my family and friends.
Employees were really rude, one took the order and seem really inpatient so the order it was wrong but didn?t want to say nothing. When our order was ready it took a while btw they didn?t have us straws I asked for it the lady threw it at me. Andthey were missing a drink I asked kindly for it she replied really rude ?they?re working on it?. They seem not to like the job.Once I was getting out they looked at me and laugh about something they said about me. Really unprofessional. Hopefully themanager can talk to them about how they are they should change their attitude.!
The cashier, a tall gentleman, was quite impatient with me even after I mentioned it was my first time visiting. Naturally, my order ended up being wrong because I didn’t know what to choose. When I asked for some sugar, I was surprisingly questioned about why I ordered what I did. Honestly, I just wanted to experience STARBUCKS, but I can assure you, I will never again spend my hard-earned money at this place. It’s simply not worth it.
Wonderful customer service and I got my stuff quickly However This place is FILTHY The floors Booths and tables look as though they haven?t been cleaned in 2 days Side bar counter where the garbages live also incredibly filthy and no not just becausethat?s where the garbage lives The bathroom?HORRENDOUSLY disgusting ???? This location needs a new manager, one without an attitude. She was visibly upset because I wanted a coffee that wasn't made. When I asked for a pour over she totally flipped out and got a serious attitude because she was actually going to have to work. If she is too unhappy to do her menial job then she should probably seek a new job. I'm a customer and should be greeted with a smile and treated respectfully.
Ha! It was wonderful! I wasn't long ago. So it was a treat. I'm experiencing an experimental morning. But I was still all smiling!. I led this up to the two very nice female employees. They smiled coveted that I was kind. That an early customer had complained about having a lot of ice cream in a free cup of ice! We all laughed. It felt good! That was my last starbucks experience. Great!
