I was there in mid morning, Monday, when I needed some help on condiments with my order, the young staff member who answered was kind of indifferent and then disappeared without properly acknowledging. When her reemerged, I questioned her attItude andlack of energy, with a touch of light humor! The Starbucks at this location is fantastic, but I've noticed that sometimes the drinks don't seem worth the price. I can't be the only one who orders a matcha green tea with no ice, only to receive a cup of ice on the side. I know I'm paying for my drinks, but it feels unfair when they aren't filled to the top as if they did have ice. This concern applies to any drink. Updated: July 3, 2021.
They've been working to improve over the past few weeks. If you're celebrating a special day, be patient—it will pay off. Remember, when you act disrespectfully, it can affect those around you. Treat people like human beings; it's really not that difficult.

Went on the first day of holidrinks so it was packed but the line goes pretty fast on the drive thru and got my double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich and venti iced coffee latte .. definitely morning go to
I usually order a special drink, and this Starbucks always gets it perfect every time—they truly are the best! They have never messed up my order, and their baristas are amazing.
I'm completely obsessed with the Caramel Ribbon Crunch made with coconut milk, extra caramel, and as much ribbon crunch as possible! Thank you, Starbucks! I love you!
