If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from ubereats at 11am on Monday and spent 30$ for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and the entire order was wrong. I asked for a large caramel frappe with oat milk because I can’t drink regular milk and received a medium and it tasted so bad, there was caramel syrup in the bottom of the cup and chunks of ice on top (pretty sure it was not blended properly it literally tasted like blended ice and milk with caramel and I can taste that the milk was wrong as well, I now have a stomachache. The other drink was fine but it was also a medium (I asked for venti for both.. . The sandwiches were not the right ones either, I asked for a sausage and egg sandwich but...
I went inside to get a frappuccino and a chocolate croissant. I was the only customer in the restaurant and stood at the cash register for 2 minutes while three young men completely ignored me and didn't even greet me. Finally, one of them came to the cash register and when I told him about the bugs crawling all over the food they were displaying, he just told me not to worry about it. I then waited 5 minutes for my frappuccino, with three employees and no other customers in sight. It took them 5 minutes to decide who would make my drink, joking around and arguing in the process. The service was terrible and I will never go back to this location. The presence of bugs was just gross.
Gone are the days that this location was good. They seem to hire based off of looks versus personality and skill. Waited 20 minutes for a coffee when there was virtually nobody in the store, and no line up in the drive thru. When asked about how long it would be because I was in a rush, they mockingly said oh you 're in a rush! And then proceeded to laugh with each other. 25 minutes total in store, for all elements of my order to be wrong. Honestly, if you can 't find competent workers, just modify your store orders instead of hiring cruel, juvenile girls who are eternally stuck in a high school mean girl mentality.
The staff and beverages at this restaurant are excellent, but the drive-thru experience is extremely frustrating. On a Monday at 1pm, I waited at least 10-15 minutes per car in front of me (there were 5 cars ahead). I couldn't leave because I was stuck in line. Unfortunately, long wait times at the drive-thru are a common occurrence here. While I understand that resources may be limited, this level of service is unacceptable for customers. This location always always always messes up our order. If we order an iced coffee, they give us a hot one, if we order a venti drink they make a Grande and put it in a venti cup (half our drink is missing). Our clinic always orders from this Starbucks and I don’t think we’ve ever received a perfect order.
