Seriously the worst drive-through. People are constantly blocking the entrance/exit of the parking lot, and parking ON the sidewalk to block any poor pedestrian who happens to walk by. Then there are the idiots who try to cut in IF there is a space left open for people to enter/exit the parking lot. And even worse, if the line is long enough, cars are sticking out into St. Jeans! Brings out the worst. PLEASE put up a sign to tell people to leave the entrance/exit open and not park ON the sidewalk. Next I will bug the city/police to monitor the situation to get starbucks customers to behave like considerate human beings. Your latte is that important???
The staff and beverages at this restaurant are excellent, but the drive-thru experience is extremely frustrating. On a Monday at 1pm, I waited at least 10-15 minutes per car in front of me (there were 5 cars ahead). I couldn't leave because I was stuck in line. Unfortunately, long wait times at the drive-thru are a common occurrence here. While I understand that resources may be limited, this level of service is unacceptable for customers. The drive-thru should be a quick and convenient option for people on-the-go.
I visited the drive-thru and it was fast, which was good. However, they made an error with my order of a small flat white with one sugar - it was too sweet. I didn't have the chance to go back, so I just drank it despite my pancreas objecting.
rip i simply ordered a marshmallow square (the pre wrapped ones) for pickup via the app (at night) but waited 5 more minutes in store only to have re-explain my simple order again lmao. and then i missed my bus

Very friendly staff. It never fails, every single time I go, the employees always seem to be very happy and cheerful. It makes a big difference.
