This is the most outrageous Starbucks I have ever seen. After queuing for ten minutes, the old lady cashier kept arguing with the young man making coffee. The voice was very loud. The old lady had a very bad attitude. The young man kept explaining something. I would wait until I was in the queue. I wanted to order a cup of iced black tea, but the old lady said there was no black tea. Although it is normal for the store to have nothing or to be out of stock, this is the first time I have seen a clerk arguing in front of a customer. It is outrageous.
I know I get it it’s hard to wake up in the morning and go to work but costumer services is a priority on a bussines like that but I think no body tell to this morning barista but oh well is my honest opinion of this place
I really love this location, particularly because of Debbie, who has now retired, and Julia. They not only make fantastic drinks, but they are also always so sweet and pleasant. They are the best baristas!
The customer service is horrible the people screw with your drinks. I asked for pink drink and she poured tea in a cup with some milk and said here. That's what you get
