I stopped by to see if you had my favorite sandwich with spinach, but unfortunately, you were all out. I asked the cashier for a recommendation for a hot coffee this morning. I mentioned that I have diabetes and wanted to enjoy a treat without spiking my glucose levels too much. He suggested a regular latte with toasted almond syrup, and I decided to go for it with just one pump of syrup. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you!
Fast service. Clean space. Friendly service. Not the best place to read as there are not many comfortable chairs. But it is a great place to work in a laptop or do homework as there are a lot of tables and chairs. Not too noisy. It's not the easiest place to drive too either, but then again I'm not from this area. Overall great Starbucks experience!
The layout for parking and the drive-through is one of the most frustrating setups I've encountered in a long time. If you manage to find a parking spot, you're left waiting for someone in the drive-through line to let you out. To make matters worse, their service is so slow that the drive-through line often wraps all the way around the building.
My order was fantastic! The only issue is the parking and drive-thru situation—it's in a pretty cramped area, so you might find yourself stuck if there's a long line. Ukenda served me at the drive-thru window. I never usually wait in the drive-thru and always mobile order but I was not in a rush that day. Ukenda was very respectful and helpful with apologies that I had to wait in line I did not mind at all Nonetheless I appreciated Ukenda going out of her way with amazing customer service skills.
I was greeted with a warm smile from a very friendly staff member! The service was polite, and my coffee was absolutely delicious. The Towson U Starbucks is outstanding, and they serve quickly as well! Make sure to stop by when you're in need of a coffee fix along with some friendly vibes!
