I ordered a venti white peppermint mocha from Starbucks through their mobile app, but when I got home, I found it was only about three-quarters full. This is unacceptable. I paid nearly $6 and expected a full drink. When I called to complain, the employee said, "sometimes the foam on lattes goes down," even though I never mentioned my specific order—only that I had ordered a hot drink. On top of that, the taste was mediocre at best. I frequently encounter issues during my now infrequent visits to this Starbucks location. I strongly recommend avoiding this Starbucks and exploring other options on their menu.
Visited Starbucks on Tuesday, 11/9/22 around 5:10 pm. The two female baristas were quite rude. The one at the register rushed me to place my order and didn’t offer any food items, unlike other locations. The other barista was grouchy and unfriendly, handed me two hot drinks without sleeves, and one cup was smeared with caramel, making my hand sticky. Both seemed annoyed and unhappy to be working there. Starbucks should ensure their staff provide excellent customer service at all times, regardless of personal issues. I will definitely not be returning to this location.
I found this location to be quite disappointing. During my three visits, the drinks were only filled to about 75%, and it appears that the recipes aren't being followed correctly. While most Starbucks locations consistently get my usual orders right, this one has let me down every time. I would advise steering clear of it, as there are better options nearby. Even though this location is the closest to my apartment, I’m more than willing to drive an extra three minutes to the Sepulveda location in the future.
This location closes at 8 PM, but they begin to set up barricades at the front counter by 6:45 PM. The staff appears to be frustrated when customers arrive for service before the official closing time. With mop buckets and chairs blocking the entrance, loud music blaring, and unwelcoming attitudes, it feels as though they're trying to discourage customers while they clean up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

I am repeatedly impressed by the staff at this location. Kira is wonderful, and I always enjoy her warm smile. On multiple occasions, the staff has greeted me by name as soon as I walk in. I really appreciate this location for its lack of a drive-thru, which provides a more personal atmosphere compared to typical Starbucks that often feel more like assembly lines. Just kidding—I'm sure they’re just busy!
I placed my order and paid for my customizations at Starbucks, but the staff prepared it their own way instead! If you pay for a customization, it should be made as requested, not ignored! Please follow the instructions on the sticker attached to the cup. Check the menu carefully to avoid this kind of mistake.
I visited the restaurant today at around 6 PM and had a negative experience with one of the staff members. When I asked about a military discount, she just said no and rolled her eyes. Additionally, my drink was very disappointing; it tasted mostly like water. I won’t be coming back again.
The staff are all friendly and upbeat. However, my coffee had an odd flavor, and the restroom was not up to par. It looked like someone had just cleaned it, but it still didn't feel fresh.

The staff and service were outstanding! This is definitely the best Starbucks in El Segundo. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Anthony was amazing!
