Starbucks has really gone downhill since they started taking online orders. It’s become quite chaotic. Customers who actually order inside are left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for an overpriced cup of coffee. Not only am I paying $5.00 for a “specialty drink,” but now I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes while they prioritize online orders. They’ve also sacrificed two prime parking spots at the front for “curbside pickups,” which seems ridiculous to me—why can’t they just park like everyone else? The quality of the drinks has also declined. Sometimes they’re perfect, but other times I end up spending over $5 for something that tastes like plain water. I’m done with Starbucks! I’d be bet...
The quality of my drinks is consistently inconsistent. I tried switching from a hot beverage to cold brew, thinking that it would be impossible to get it wrong, but I'm still encountering the same problem—it's quite frustrating. Unfortunately, since I order through a delivery app, I can't address this issue in person. I've attached images below showing the drinks from two consecutive days. The only difference was that I ordered whipped cream the day before, but it wasn't even included in my drink, as evidenced by the lid that was used. I hope this matter is addressed and that the preparation of the beverages is reviewed.
Terrible experience with the baristas. They actually tried to gaslight me about my drink order. I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade through the app, but when I arrived, I found that my drink clearly only had lemonade. I mentioned to the barista that my order seemed incorrect, and she responded, "Oh, you ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade. That's it, just without the dragonfruit because we don't have it. That's why it's a different color." Wow! I can't believe her attitude! Starbucks is really going downhill. I left with a refund and no drink at 1:15 PM on 10/8. Absolutely horrible!

The food and drinks were decent, but we had a less than ideal experience due to the lack of curbside pickup. We faced a long wait, and it was clear they were understaffed. There were customers making changes to their drink orders well after payment, and the staff was trying hard to accommodate everyone. This made the wait time to receive our food and drinks quite lengthy, impacting our overall experience.
This location is disappointing. The franchise seems unwilling to invest in its supplies, as they are frequently out of essential items. During the holiday season, when there are many seasonal drinks available, they continuously run out of them. Instead of taking responsibility, they always seem to blame outside factors. Meanwhile, other nearby Starbucks locations have no issues keeping their stock up.
I usually give five-star reviews to Starbucks. It's not that I believe a specific location has exceptional service or food; rather, Starbucks are designed to be virtually identical, consistently delivering exactly what they promise. It's quite rare for one to stand out from the rest. As for this location? It’s just like 99% of the other Starbucks.
I've been to this Starbucks many times, so I definitely have a soft spot for it! The drinks are great, but unfortunately, they removed all the indoor seating, which is a bummer. The store also tends to get crowded quickly. On the bright side, the staff is usually really friendly!

The worst Starbucks ever. If you use physically challenged and have to use the bathroom, they will rush you up out of there by continuously knocking. Once was fine, but knocking three different times knowing that I'm up in there. I wouldn't come here again...Guaranteed. Rude.
Not good customer service she forgot to make my order and I had to stay there for more than 15 mins not good customer service at all. Poor service!!!!
