The coffee quality is excellent. However, the staff is brusque, unhelpful, and indifferent. While they don't owe us anything beyond promptly fulfilling our orders, the lack of basic courtesy makes it less appealing to return. I’ll be seeking other options and will continue to frequent Starbucks overall, just not this particular location.
