Horrible service!!! The attitude of the barista was so rude. I went on a Thursday not the middle on a weekend!!! There was a 20 min wait just to get the wrong cup of hot coffee and then i was given attitude for asking for the right cup?!?? Are u kidding me? She got the wrong order and looked at me like i should take it and just left. Not after waiting 20 minutes i wont! And after she prepared it she left it on the counter just like that didn?t call my name or anything. I mean it was just really unnecessary. I could have and should gone to another place. Wont make that mistake again! A cup of coffee is not worth 25minutes.
To be honest, the service here is far too slow—excessively slow. You end up waiting in line for more than 10 minutes, which is not what you expect from a fast food spot. It's called "fast" for a reason. If you're at the mall and craving Starbucks, it's just not worth the wait. You'd be better off stopping by a Starbucks on your way home after the mall. Honestly, they should consider opening another Starbucks in the mall, because this one just isn't meeting the mark.

The customer service was horrible. We waited for 40 minutes. We all kept asking where our drinks were after the first 10 minutes. Every time we asked they yelled at us and told us they were backed up. But people who ordered after us had kept gettingthere drinks and some were sitting and done with them. The manager was also extra snappy. Disappointed in their service.
Typical Starbucks but on the small side. There are 2 Starbucks in the mall. This one is located on main level across from the old Microsoft store. Just 4 tables and 5 counter stools. Seating is also available just outside the door in the mall. A wait in line is usual. The lower level Starbucks is a kiosk type with no indoor seating. Clean. Efficient staff.
What?s not to like from Starbucks. If you are a fan of Starbucks this place rocks. Baristas were attentive and they were fast. No lines which is great and offer mobile orders which makes it quick.

Terrible customer service. A whole line of customers and no sense to quickly and efficiently process them. They are all casually speaking on the floor.
