This Starbucks location is always bustling with activity. It's the only specialty coffee shop at the Citidales outlet mall, conveniently situated right next to the food court. The café features its own outdoor seating area, and the interior is beautifully designed. I ordered the Bicycle Site regular brewed coffee, which was just as enjoyable as I expected. I prefer Starbucks over the food options available!
Terrible experienced. Rude customer service. I was there 2 days ago to order drinks. Waited for over 20 minutes. I complained and the response was not good. They ignored me. After the 3rd time they asked if I wanted a refund. I said I want my drink and they gave me attitude, like I was asking them for something special.
Took forever for my order, order 2 drinksmy blended order was done way faster than my refreshment. I asked were my other drink was and said we work orders as they were given. If they had given me 1 , why the other 15 min after.

I paid extra for light ice but still received a full cup of ice. The service staff were rude and unfriendly. Additionally, there is no indoor seating available.
As always, overpriced but delicious iced coffees and iced drinks for the kids. Standard quality for what you expect from a Starbucks.
The Starbucks brand maintains a consistent standard of service and quality! There haven't been any significant changes!
