I would never go back to this Starbucks Store for what ever they did to me today. This morning there were two girls working. Meagan and another girl who covered her name tag. I paid for my drink not ask for free. They are extreme rude, mean, impolite,insolent, unprofessional, bad attitude. They behaved like I should not come to the store and order lets them enjoy their freetime at work. They don?t want customers to go there. They don?t get training before serve for the customers. I would recommendpeople go to another store to get the right service. Make sure they don?t ruin your day.
Aside from being a bit slow at times, I really enjoy Starbucks. My favorite part is having my card linked to my phone, making payment super easy! I can even order ahead, pop in, and sometimes quickly get out! The staff are friendly, and Airn/Erin (sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) and Lion are especially wonderful. I love seeing them whenever I visit the Lawrence location!
This place is always packed. If you're in a hurry, I recommend using the app to place your order instead of going through the drive-thru, as the line can stretch all the way across the parking lot. The staff here are really friendly, though!
This Starbucks location has been quite good! Although their nitro machine was out of service on both of my recent visits, I understand it might not be their fault. Overall, I’ve consistently received friendly and helpful customer service!

This Dillons Starbucks unfortunately falls short compared to other locations I've visited. The staff often seem unfamiliar with the full menu and have a limited sense of humor, which takes away from the overall experience.
Always extremely busy. So if you?re in a rush, I suggest ordering on the app rather than going through the drive thru, as that line can run clear across the parking lot. Staff is really friendly.
I used to go to this place every day before my morning classes because it's the quickest and nearest option to KU.
Some of the drinks are decent, but the caramel ribbon crunch is truly delicious!
