This Starbucks is very accommodating, featuring handicapped parking close to the entrance and a wheelchair-accessible ramp. The doorways are wide for easy access, and the aisles are spacious enough for comfortable navigation. There’s also a large restroom that's accessible. Overall, it's a charming and well-stocked location, although it can get quite busy. The staff is helpful, and I noticed several customers meeting friends here. As always, the coffee is excellent!
I ordered an oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso from this café after school as a small treat. However, after taking a few sips while walking to the gym, I realized it contained regular milk. Since I can't consume milk, it upset my stomach and caused me to vomit. This was definitely a disappointing experience.
The restaurant was understaffed and chaotic. It took 20 minutes to receive hot food. My drink was incorrect, and the staff showed no concern. I would avoid this place if you're grabbing something on your way to work. I won’t be returning.
They make a mistake on my drink every time, which is usually not giving me the extra shots of espresso I ordered. The baristas need to slow down. We know you’re understaffed, just focus on accuracy and quality please Reserva una mesa ahora
Frank the manager has done a great job hiring the right talent to run this store. This is the best run Starbucks within several miles, and in my humble opinion probably the best in OC.
Initially, a staff member got my order wrong and I was charged twice. However, big thanks to Shelbi, who fixed everything with such friendliness and kindness! Thank you!
My wife and I stopped by for coffee late in the morning, and despite how busy it was, all the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service!
