I’ve visited several Starbucks in the area, but this location fell short of my expectations for customer satisfaction. I ordered a couple of drinks, and one of them did not match the description at all. I have ordered the same item at other coffee shops with no issues. When I asked about correcting the mistake, the staff member kept saying she couldn't hear me. Another employee came over and insisted that the drink was made correctly. However, a customer behind me also agreed that it was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, they didn't offer to remake the drink. I won't be returning to this Starbucks.
TO STORE MANAGER CS I don't understand why the management of this location doesn't read the reviews. I was there today. It was very dirty. This location is in prime locatio,, why would the management would be so careless. I will go there again and If the same~ l will call CORPORATE and health department to have them closed. Shame on management. Please read and take care of this location
I've visited this Starbucks twice, and both times it was somewhat disappointing. Even though it wasn't very busy, the place was messy with trash scattered around, there were limited seating options, and the internet connection was slow.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't give this location ANY of your money unless you HATE puppies. Go next door to a super clean 7eleven. Also, WORST customer service experiences ever and terrible long wait times for drinks.

I recently visited the worst Starbucks I've experienced in a long time. My mobile order was ready a full eight minutes after the estimated time, even though the store wasn't particularly busy.
Wasn’t too impressed with the service and the drink. I was waiting a long time and I realized that my coffee had been sitting there for a while before they called my name. It was luke warm.
Just put third party orders at the table like all other Starbucks, instead of hiding them behind counter and pretend to be busy. Waste of time and discrepancy of third party service.
Mobile orders run +5 mins. And this starbucks using diff type of ice which makes the refreshers taste worse.
