Stopped this morning for a venti black tea lemonade and a blueberry scone, venti was clearly and distinctly stated. As i pulled up to the window, i observed the person at the window scoop my bagged food off the floor where it had been dropped, and thenhanded to me. I was also handed a grande, not a venti, and when i refused it, this triggered a discussion among the staff.Eventually, i observed the barista dump the grande into a venti cup, add some lemonade and ice and then handed it to the windowperson saying heres the venti she DIDNT order . If i wanted passive-aggressive behavior with my food, i can get that elsewherethanks. Very disappointing. The drink itself was pretty bad, mostly lemon...
I went to Starbucks to just have some thing to drink and just do some work on my computer out of the house and the music was so loud. I couldn’t hear myself think so. I just asked kindly if they could turn it down and they were employees were saying no to each other. So I just asked again if they were going turn it down and I was not rude at all, and they said they were going to. They had to go to the back in back which was a total lie they have it on their Bluetooth phone and they just chose not to turn it down. It was very loud. I don’t think it’s much to ask. I was not the only one.
I want to give a shout-out to the incredibly kind barista named Toni. Every time I've visited this Starbucks, she has been extremely sweet and helpful. Each drink she has made for me has been a perfect 10 out of 10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I’ve been drinking my coffee for an hour and I went to heat it up. When I took off the lid of my americano I found a centipede. When I went back to the Starbucks I didn’t even get an apology. I’m going to show this to everyone I know. 10/10

Staff was pleasant and worked swiftly. Has a great visit, everything was made as I ordered it. Glad to get a last pumpkin spice latte in before the season is totally over. Will certainly be back.
This place is alway.... ALWAYS busy. Tip would be to park and go inside! There is always a line of cars but the inside tends to be quiet. Staff is always moving and very kind. Busy location.
The brew machine was replaced and not inspected yet, so I couldn't get a regular drip coffee, but the service was really good. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Samantha in the drive through was so helpful and sweet. She chose our coffee flavors for us and they were delicious! Great customer service. Thanks Samantha :

I ordered the same thing every Starbucks and it was way too dark and not made correctly at this one. First and last time I will go here.
