The customer service was nonexistent. I always come here for my coffee because it's conveniently close to home, and I usually look forward to it on my days off. However, today left me feeling disappointed. This young lady didn't even have the patience to return a simple greeting. If you're unhappy in your job, perhaps it's time to reconsider your position. I felt it was important to share this feedback, as it's crucial that customers leave your store feeling happy.
I waited for 20 minutes for my order, and when I asked the barista what was happening, she told me that my transaction didn’t go through. I questioned why she hadn’t informed me sooner, and her response was, "I don’t know." I ended up paying again, and to make matters worse, my croissant and spinach and egg sandwich were overheated. The customer service at this Starbucks is lacking.
This is my starbucks because it's close and has a drive thru. New employees alot so when it comes to making my coffee the way I like it on the first try is very seldom and just so you know my cup of coffee cost more than $10.00 and I pay that because of how I like it. I am not a big complainer but when I am paying over $10.00 for a cup of coffee I would like it made right.
It's been years so I thought why notLimited food choices, egg sandwich was soggy. Latte tasted like watery coffee with watery milk. From now if and when I return, will stick to the iced drinks. Reserva una mesa ahora
The service here is very unprofessional. They repeatedly prepare the wrong drinks and don't seem to care about it. I wouldn't recommend getting coffee from this place at all.
