Starbucks Coffee- Stourport Road

I usually use the drive-thru, but decided to come inside to enjoy the cool air conditioning. I was hoping for the same great experience I had two days earlier when I had a delicious pumpkin spice latte topped with cream in a proper cup. Unfortunately, this time my drink was served in a paper cup with the lid on, which squished the cream and made it look unappetizing. It also didn't taste as good. As I searched for a seat, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the dishwasher was broken. Amazing customer service from such kind and helpful staff. My drinks spilt all in my car just 5 minutes after picking them up from the drive through, so I went back and staff re-made my entire drinks order for nothing and threw in a cookie. They also put labels over the drinks lids to provide extra security this time. I would highly recommend this store to everyone I know and would go here more often because of the kindness of staff and the quality of the drinks. Thank you so much to the guy at the drive through and the manager today !!

Staff were rude the girl who served me told me we had to leave as it was closed but I had my young child and already got served and was not advised of the closing times I had to pretty much beg her to let me and my child sit in the warm while we waited for my husband all 3 staff continued to slam the chairs and stuff around whilst tidying. A busy mom of 3 deserves a bit more of a friendly and helpful attitude from the public, especially when purchasing from them. Disgusting behaviour

I brought my two children to this Starcrooks on 30/9/23 at around 1pm. The restaurant was empty, with 5 staff members standing around. The tables were dirty and still had leftovers from previous customers. The floor was also dirty and littered with food crumbs. When I asked a young female staff member if my drink was ready, she rudely replied that she doesn't make drinks, someone else should be doing it, and walked away. The employees at this restaurant, especially the younger ones, seem to be more interested in goofing off rather than serving their customers efficiently. Additionally, the menu options are not as diverse as other locations in the same chain.

Probably the best customer service in Kidderminster. Well done to all the staff and especially the Manager for employing such a lovely team coffee is delicious too.

Great atmosphere. Staff are always lovely and helpful, noticed they all worked well as a team, always get my order right and serve tasty Drinks and Food.
