I came through the line to get a Frap as I usually do, as I work in the area. Izaya was extremely short and rude with me. I had placed an app order and it had not come through on their side yet . Once received he said You must have just placed the order right now, pull forward. I began to ask questions and he cut me off again and said we will deal with it when you pull forward. Once I got to the window Izaya stepped away and began taking another order on the headset. I explained the situation to the manager, who was very understanding and rectified the situation. Will continue to order here.

I order delivery 80% of the time and every. single. time. I never get a straw or napkins included even though it is specified. This starbucks location is great at making their drinks but please start checking your orders it really isn’t that hard.

Coffee is just okay to me and overpriced. I prefer dunkin donuts coffee.
