Starbucks In Altamonte Spr

Ordered 5 items and 2 of my refreshers were not filled up. A little upset because I never have this issue. I thought it was because we asked for no ice but another item we had in this order had ice and also was not filled up to the top but wasnt as bad as these 2 refreshers. I usually never have an issue with this starbucks, in fact it's my favorite location but it's a little upsetting that I paid for the size and ended up getting the quantity of a smaller size. We ordered through UberEats and the bag was sealed so I believe it wasn't due to delivery since there was no spill either. All cups had a sticker seal on the cup opening.

I came through the line to get a Frap as I usually do, as I work in the area. Izaya was extremely short and rude with me. I had placed an app order and it had not come through on their side yet . Once received he said You must have just placed the order right now, pull forward. I began to ask questions and he cut me off again and said we will deal with it when you pull forward. Once I got to the window Izaya stepped away and began taking another order on the headset. I explained the situation to the manager, who was very understanding and rectified the situation. Will continue to order here.

Love going to this Starbucks location. Staff are always alert and friendly. Drinks are always made perfectly. The only issue is the morning traffic. Getting to the parking by avoiding the drive-through lane is a hassle, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is that good.

I bought a Frappuccino today, it didn't taste like coffee, it was just water, I don't know why they decide to sell things like that if they don't have enough supplies for their preparation, the same thing happened to us in Miami, for selling they do it of very bad quality Reserva una mesa ahora

Really Băd experience i ask in dru thru for large Mango dragoonfruit and give me medium i came and i need to paid the extra and left me 15 minutes in drythru for made my drink When the first time i order correct i am a regular customer Buț i dont came back again
