I frequent this restaurant often and always have a positive experience with the polite and friendly staff. They offer a variety of cakes and food options. It's unfortunate to see negative reviews about the store, especially since many complaints are beyond the staff's control. The bathrooms may be dark and lack proper ventilation, causing the floors to stay wet after cleaning, but it's not the staff's fault as they didn't design or install the plumbing. I have spoken to some of the servers who mentioned they are short-staffed and try their best to serve customers quickly despite being yelled at. My family and I enjoy visiting this restaurant and will definitely be back for drinks.
Our experience stopping for coffee and to use the restroom at this restaurant was one we won't be repeating. There were three young people working behind the counter, only two customers in the shop, and four tables that had not been cleared and looked like the dishes had been sitting there for a while. The restrooms were also absolutely disgusting, to the point where my daughter-in-law had to report the state of them to the staff. Despite being aware of the issue, the staff still stood around chatting instead of addressing the problem. The area behind the counter was also in need of a good clean. Overall, our experience was dreadful.
Quite regularly attempt to stop here for a coffee on a Sunday on the way back to the midlands but don't think I have managed to catch them open until the advertised time. I understand it may be quiet and that being at work on a Sunday really is depressing, but if you are paid to work until a certain time at least try and be there until then. I guess they must pay very well for the staff to skulk off home early lol :
Parking is good, plenty of space inside with good access for wheelchairs and anyone with mobility requirements. The coffee is always good here, choice of snacks. Sometimes there are queues as it can be very busy, but staff are generally friendly and efficient. This is my regular Starbucks and Mandy and the team always have a smile and remember your order! Thanks for the good service

Enroute between Suffolk and Shropshire on the A14 Kettering. This Starbucks was appalling ! No soap in either of the toilets, lack of hand sanitizers . Not clean, overflowing rubbish bins at entrance. Put Panini to heat up in microwave!!! Filled my tea up with so much milk it was cold and undrinkable! We have given this place a second chance. I felt very unsafe COVID standard!
I brought my son to this Starbucks for his birthday to catch up, but we were disappointed to find that the drinks were served in disposable plastic cups without plates. It gave off a cheap coffee shop vibe, especially considering Starbucks prices. We will be avoiding this location in the future.
The queue just grew and grew and grew as only two staff on duty. We had to wait but the staff were so pleasant and didligent I felt really sorry for them, people were getting fed up though
lovely barrister (charlotte) was very attentive and went above expectations. Friendly and mindful of covid restrictions. Thank you Charlotte!

Always nice cappuccino and hot chocolate. This time we tried the lemon muffin too! Place looked really relaxed!
