I got the job and got hired by a manager named Fay and her boyfriend husbands name is Jose they are both managers I got hired and she fired me the same day , and keep in mind I was in training and I didn’t know much and he didn’t train me he just said this is what this is and that she said it was apparently hands on training “ . Horrible management and experience the only thing she said was if you don’t do good you aren’t fit for the team , and her bf was touching raw pink patty meat without gloves and touching customers burgers and orders with the same dirty hands he touched the meat with with no gloves ?also his nails we’re black and he didn’t wash his hands only one time and he also grabb...
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know if there wasn’t a manager, or if this location was short staffed, but to ignore multiple vehicles 20 minutes before closing including phone calls is just embarrassing. I as a previous server never in my life turned away a customer based on hours available, this was a spit in my face. Waited to be acknowledged and got NOTHING.
Had ordered a 32oz sweet ice tea w/cheese fries. The tea was horrible I asked to replace it. Though they still gave me unsweetened tea. Then the fries came w/chili cheese when I asked for only cheese. Was Really frustrating to not get what I wanted. Suck because I only had a 30 minute lunch
Last 3 times I went here, the staff came to my car and asks me if I got an accidental order. When I say no, they literally look into my car like I'm not telling the truth. Glad the munchers are good, cuz the service is something that needs to be worked on. Great food. Terrible service.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Took our order wrong after I repeated myself, waited more than 15 minutes for just 4 drinks a family order of tots with cheese. Once we got our order we found HAIR INSIDE OUR DRINKS. ? Don’t ever come here!
Who would think that stars food was actually pretty good? Before I tried stars food I would always asume the worst but to my surprise the burger was delishes and with half off drinks from 2-5 I'll be there all the time.

I always find great service when I place my order over the phone and it's always ready for me when I arrive.
