State Street Grill

What more can I say!? I love State Street Grill. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years and the food is always spectacular. The menu changes frequently but not too often that you can’t enjoy your favorites over and over again. The food is really fresh, which I love, oh, and the drink menu is really nice as well. In the winter time they have heated igloos, which are gorgeous, just make sure you, make reservations for those. For regular seating, you rarely need reservations, which is awesome especially for a place that has such a popular brunch. The outside seating area is cute, they have a bar and televisions outside with heat lamps in case it gets a little chilly. And the inside...

Waitress was extremely distracted with coworkers conversations. Very disappointed look on her face when we only ordered softdrinks. After 25 min, had to ask the hostess to send a waitress to our table.10 min later she arrived and took our 3 entree and 2 appetizer order. The food was slow to come out but descent. She came back to ask for rdrink efills after dinner. The waiting game continued while trying to pay the bill. Just about a 2hr process. It was a Wed night Parking: Good luck

Tried to have lunch there. Walked in, found several wait staff chatting with each other, one apparently the host. Asked about how to get a seat when one of them decided she could help. We sat and ordered drinks. Waitress prior to bringing our drinks coughed in her hand, then grabbed a straw without sanitizing her hands and placed it in the drink. We left. Service: 1

State Street Grill is always a wonderful experience. The servers, and the bartender Paul are always so friendly and gracious. The food is delicious, and different from your usual mundane dishes. Always highly recommend:

Went for lunch with my father and we loved it. The French Onion is some of the best I ever had. Our waitress was super friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful.
