Station - Reservar una mesa

the station seems to have improved much in the last months (not sure when exactly). while this is a green king, the menu is much more diverse than the usual pub-grub. there are still burger and other favorites, but also...Katsu currey and some other surprises. we were there on Monday bank holiday for lunch and brenda could not have been more helpful. there were others here, of course, but she was always close. the wine list was also a very beautiful surprise, with good quality wines at a very fair price. the amount is probably different on a Friday night naturally, but we were a few times recently and it seems to be a different mood than the last years,) on a good wise. a lot of luck with the future and look forward to one of the currey nights or the like.

Popped into The Station for some drinks a game of pool ended up staying for dinner. All the food was delicious. My sons inhaled their meals as did I! Was served by Anton in a timely efficient manner! Great local pub that...deserves more recognition than it gets! Always have a fab time! Will be back again soon!

Christmas party in the upstairs function room it's like something out of Harry Potter! Full of history and character, which made it a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were great, and we were very well looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed...will be back!

had a very relaxed lunchtime meal for two. both courses were well presented and well tasted. the staff was very friendly and helpful. beautiful view of the garden in a beautiful, large traditional pub.

Great to be back to our favourite pub! Lovely staff and great food. Kayleigh, in particular, was amazing. Very helpful and friendly, she couldn’t do enough for us. Looking forward to our next visit!
