Station Craft Brewery Kitchen

Had dinner and cocktails here tonight with some friends.Positive: Hostess and support staff(not our waiter were great, lots of TVs, excellent menu with good variety.Negatives: minor issue with not enough parking/full street parking near by. Bigger issue was our waiter. I’m not sure if I didn’t hear their name because it was so loud but I don’t remember it. We had a male waiter who honestly didn’t care about our group.During our 2.5 hr stay, the other staff members checked up on us more than he did; our waiter spoke to us three times (appetizer, dinner order, and bill. On multiple instances, we would be looking for him/try to flag him down and he would ignore our table, chit chat with other tables, and walk by our table. We had to flag down a different server to check up on our food which didn’t arrive for 45 MINUTES; naturally it was cold and not good after sitting out. Although the restaurant was busy but not packed, our food came out way too late.I am not sure why our waiter didn’t bother to care about us; optics don’t help though when you are a group of three southeast Asian men with a Caucasian waiter. He happen to pay attention to tables around us that also happen to have patrons who didn’t look like our group. Even while paying the check, between two cards, he walked away to talk with another table; this occurred IN BETWEEN TRANSACTIONS (he couldn’t even stand near our table for more than a minute. I would come back to this place but I believe our waiter needs to do a better job at waiting on customers, checking up on them, and at least acting like they care.

I 've been to this establishment numerous times. The food, service and atmosphere are generally pretty good. There are some annoyances which is why I cannot give it 5 stars. None of these issues are bad enough to deterp a visit. Just my observations as a local. I live walking distance to the restaurant currently. My cousin used to work there as a waiter and brought a sandwich to the house once. It was really good so we decided to try it. It 's a pretty cool layout and after years of the building going through various different changes of business tenants, it 's nice to have something there that pulls people in from around the community. One of the first annoyances is that they are often sold out of certain beers. It 's a small brewery so you cannot expect much in volume but there were some popular selections on the beer menu that I have never tried because it 's always out. Another annoyance is that the menu is constantly changing and sometimes, once again, popular items simply aren 't available. There is a smoker out back but it seems to be it is never enough to satisfy all patrons. There is very little parking in the area, during peak hours, expect to walk. The food is consistently decent. There was perhaps one or 2 times we visited and it wasn 't quite up to scratch.

They close at 9pm. We arrived at 8:15. Our server let us know kitchen closes at 8:30. So we ordered immediately. Food and drinks. Our server disappeared and the four people working behind the bar were busy with closing down the bar. Our drinks were made but no one to deliver for the next 10 minutes. So bizarre. Finally got our drinks and then got our food shortly thereafter. Everything was just ok. Won't be back.

We had a birthday celebration with a group of 7. We were seated promptly, and received great service. Food was great. Plan to go back for their meat loaf.
