Outstanding lamb schwaarma. I haven't tasted a meat schwaarma like this since I lived abroad. This is authentic Arabic schwaarma. They cook it using a vertical domma which allows the juices from the meat to drip down seasoning the meat. The pita was crisp and light. It never took away from the delicious taste of the meat.The seasonings were perfect.It melted in my mouth.I drove 120 miles from northern Michigan to find good schwaarma in Dearborn and I found it.
