Steak and Shake - Reservar una mesa

I thought the place was closed. just another car came when we got in. that was about midday. the order via a kiosk is now very confusing. no more waiting staff. I think the kiosk is going to get rid of people. this is an area with mostly seniors. there was a nice person behind the counter that came here to help us. will probably never return even though we were not exactly regular customers.

If I couldn't make a star, I would shake it! What a shame for the steak and the name! so disgusting here. filthy floors, tables, soaking penders and bathroom. the food was evil and the pommes over salted and cold. not a hired man came out to wipe out tables or clear mull. in the heart of the ice. I can't believe the health department hasn't closed this place yet. not here!

I use to love going here and now it’s not the same anymore the food taste old , there’s not a lot of people, the tables are not clean and u have to order on a device . I wish it was the same like old times when they’re was people happy and waiters to serve us

the best part of the meal was the milkshake. my Frisco melt was soggy and tasteless. my partner burger lacked the wobbles and pickles we demanded. for 17 we are not back.

great place! They were short staff when we were there, but they were honest in front and told us that! very delicious! we're back!
