3/11/24 placed 2 meal orders for garlic burgers but they were completely dry. No flavoring what so ever. I called and the manager Yaslyn was very helpful and said to come any day to get my meals remade for free since we live far, all I had to do was give her name. Sent my bf up there to redeem with our small child and the manager on duty was completely rude. Said no, essentially that it never happened and we were trying to get free food. She didnt ask for a receipt or anything. I called to speak with them about it and she was rude and said my bf needed to conduct himself better. This was the best steak and shake experience yet. The employees were the best. I have no problem with ordering from a kiosk. The food was prepared quickly. They even brought it to the table! The place was spotless.
