Steak 'n Shake - Reservar una mesa

Blatantly obvious why so many locations closed and the few remaining weren't worth saving. I was surprised to see kiosk ordering as they used to be full service restaurants. I probably would've had better results with the kiosk but I ordered online. My food was there but not the shake. While waiting on the shake I went after napkins and a straw and the employee got all uppity that everything was in the bag. Was it tho?! No napkins and my entire order was messed up. I'm amazed my burger was even right cuz that was the only thing right in my order but it was cold with a bizarre aftertaste. Ordered large cheese fries and got mostly empty regular fries that were cold limp and soggy with grease....

I came here last year. I guess the health inspection don't do their jobs anymore. I came in here one night after placing an online order I had to wait even though i placed it two hours ahead so I sat down by the counter and waited patiently I was on my phone and I looked behind the counter by cooking area I seen buns just all on the floor laying on the shelves some looked molded patties just all over the place very unsanitary I got my food n throw it away I wasn't about to catch mad cow or eat black mold. This place went downhill i remember I used to visit my girlfriend now wife a few years she lived by this restaurant,this place used to stay packed cars used to be from the drive-thru window...

This is our neighborhood Steak N Shake so we come here maybe 2-3 times a month. I usually come with my whole family there are 8 of us.however this particular time I came with my daughter we ordered in the drive thru. We did wait quite sometime but there is usually a long wait any time we go. So we weren’t upset about the time however we were approached by a Steak ‘n Shake employee that asked us would we like to buy some weed. I couldn’t believe what said so I asked him to repeat it. he did. After that I looked at him like he was not bright I ignored him. First time at this particular location. Quick late night bite. The cook added some entertainment and started singing to the music playing. Then my husband joined in. LolClean! Great burgers and shakes!
