This restaurant aims to provide a nostalgic 1950s diner experience, but ordering food on computers certainly wasn't part of that era! Instead of having servers serve your meals at the table, they call out your name when your order is ready. I also noticed a guy walking around in just his socks, and I figured he worked there since he went through the staff entrance. It was definitely an odd sight. On a positive note, the young man who called my name was very polite, and the food was quite delicious.
The restaurant features an extensive selection of shakes. We're happy to see that they've moved to ordering and paying via touch screen kiosks, eliminating the need for servers. Previously, service was slow, often leading to long wait times with servers. However, since the introduction of the kiosks, we've noticed a remarkable improvement in the speed of our orders during our last two visits.
Food is always good but the last time I came here I ordered a burger to go and when I got home there was no burger in the bag just 2 top buns with lettuce. I didnt even bother going back to fix it bc i always wait an extended period of time for my food (since im assuming there's not many people working due to covid) but im just disappointed that I didn't get my burger ?
At the location on Bloomingdale Ave, there is no inside service, still! I checked out the web and they are going to change quite a few locations to Counter Serve. The costs of quality and service had made them too costly to survive in the current market! I hope they do not change their quality it is why I have always gone there!

I had to wait a bit, and they didn't have sweet tea, but the food and customer service were outstanding. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted great. I ordered the triple cheese fresco melt combo, and it was delicious. This visit took place on November 28th between 6:45 and 7:00 PM.
They've upgraded to self-order kiosks and a self-serve drink station, which are very easy to use. I've always loved their steak burger, but I have to say this location has exceptional onion rings!
The food is what it is, cheap and quick. But what I don't quite understand is why onion rings are .50 cents more than fries, but it costs .99 cents to upgrade on a meal...can someone explain?
The Steakburger Fries are made fresh daily and are a must-try! They also serve the best shakes in town. The service is fast, friendly, and efficient.
