Our Steak ‘n Shake understands their limits. You can't find enough people who want to work so they have adapted. A shield will send you to the register to place your order and we had the most beautiful crew person. She was worried she was too slow and apologised because she was new. We assured her everything was good. She made menu recommendations and was careful to read our order back. We used a gift card and she had to ask for help. Our food was ready before we even sat at a table. We picked up our tray and went for ketchup. The new pump didn't work very easy, so my husband asked for packages. 4 Burger Fries!! Do I need more? Probably not, but OMG are they so good!! Low on money? The burger is even divided! Thank you Steak Shake for NOT benefiting the price increases everywhere! I will be back for another #7: and I hope you will do enough to build another steak n shake. Maybe in Doniphan

This location no longer has servers. It is a self-serving beverage and spice station, similar to other popular fast food chains. The menu is limited, but the food quality is still the same.

The food was good, and of course, I had to get a milkshake. So good. Only complaint is we had to wait a very long time to get our food.
