This was a pleasant surprise today. I hate that dining rooms have been closed. Eating in a car with 2 kids can be messy and frustrating. Going through the drive thru we noticed nice picnic tables set up with umbrellas. After getting our food we were able to sit and enjoy our meal. The food was delicious and hot. The drive thru was backed up at least 10 cars when we got in line. The line moved quickly. The cashier was friendly and our order was correct. This is a bit of a drive for us but we will definitely be back
The food was delicious and served hot. I’m giving it 3 stars because there were no paper towels in the restroom. When I mentioned this to the staff member, she seemed upset about my report, but she did say she would pass the message along. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the steak burger with cheese and chili, which came with crackers. It was very good! Food rating: 5/5.
ALWAYS LOVE STEAK N SHAKES FOOD!!!DO NOT LIKE the changes they made!NOW you have to order your food on a Tablet/Computer YOURSELF!AND pay at the tablet/computer too.I understand hiring and keeping the employees is really tough these days. But on the other hand people are being replaced by computers. Not a pleasant thought for my children's future!
The food was hot and tasty, the order was accurate and the service was reasonably quick for a drive through. The people taking our order and delivering our food were both friendly and polite. Steak and Shake has always been one of our favorite places to eat.

One of the better steak n shakes is still open in Missouri. Food tasted good and she got almost everything right, except forget to take crackers with chili. They said they were in the bag, but they weren't.
This is our favorite Steak n Shake location. Food is consistent and same with the service. Currently no in person seating, but drive thru moved surprisingly fast. Food was still great. Thanks Stake Crew!
my favorite steak a shaker place! the owner is super friendly and often works the lines with its peeps. Eating takes a few minutes longer than their other Burger chains, but they taste way better.
A great first impression, really family-oriented. Staff was very attentive, food showed up quickly and was tasty. I got the Wisconsin butter burger, it was everything I'd hoped for.?
