So I usually don't leave reviews, but today I felt inclined to do that. I went through the drive through Steak and Shake and possibly met the coolest employee of all time. He said that he was Shawn and that he was the manager, he realized that I just had my band dress and even knew the music I tattooed on my arm. 10/10 would be highly recommended for all music lovers and for those looking for something amazing food. Everything was hot fresh and lasted no more than five minutes! XD The food was amazing and the service was even better. KEEP OF WORKING PROTECTION.
The burgers, fries, and onion rings were delicious, and the service was prompt. The vanilla shake was probably the highlight of my meal. Great food and quick service—what more could you want? My only complaint is that since they reopened, my favorite dish, the "Heaven on a Bungalow," is no longer offered. I really miss the Mushroom and Swiss burger! I didn’t go this time because that burger isn’t on the menu anymore.
Update: Shakes were the Best! We were just there and placed our order at the drive thru at 1:15, 3 shakes. Not sure if they were just rushing us through, my shake tasted like it had not been mixed. I got a mouth full of vanilla flavoring and bad heart burn after. I didn't/don't have time to go back and get it fixed. I wanted a yummy shake. All I got was disappointment. Kids shakes were fine I guess that's something.
We have ordered from here several times and I love how pleasant and understanding they are for special requests. Vivian and Haley (hope I spelled their names correctly) are the ones who usually make my order and they are just the sweetest young ladies. I highly recommend ordering from here. Their steak burgers are very good and made fresh while you can watch them cook.

I have ordered from here a handful of times and every time I encounter such kind individuals. They're so polite and friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but I don't mind at all because I know my food is being cooked professionally. The food is delicious, and the shakes are AMAZING! I will definitely continue to come here!
The milkshakes were fantastic, but I'm not sure why it took over 10 minutes to make them when the restaurant was empty. I had to remind the staff that I was still waiting. Since the reopening, the service has really been lacking. If there were another location nearby, I would definitely consider going there instead.
This was my favorite food for yeaaaaaars and they shut down by where I used to live, I moved to southgate and guess what ??I found steak 'n shake I went there the other day it was amazing I loved and enjoyed every single part of it
The sandwich was good, but I didn't enjoy the fries. The only time I was spoken to was when my name was called, indicating that my good was done.

The prices for shakes are a bit on the high side, but overall, it's a great place to dine and have a good time.
The customer service is excellent. There's a young man named John who works there, and he is fantastic.
