Me and my wife went here for lunch on Good Friday and there was a sign at the front stating that they were short handed so please be patient with the staff. We thought that might be a problem but we were seated quickly, got our order in quickly and got our food very quick too. The food was very good and the price was even better. We have had food service problems here in the past with a full staff working so this was a pleasant surprise. Our waitress Jacqueline was very nice, attentive and was working very hard as well.
My friend and I just went to this Steak-N-Shake on New Year's Day and experienced the best Steak-N-Shake customer service I've ever had. I've been to Steak-N-Shake many times, I even worked in a Steak-N-Shake once, but the week I had the best service I ever had. And the cleanest thing I've ever been! The two ladies who served this day were so excellent to take care of each person there, and I felt they deserved recognition for their great work. I just wish I noticed her name signs. Great work ladies!
Staff is on top of it!! Two servers running around trying to keep their tables happy and serviced. Huge line backing up at the register and a line out the door waiting to be seated and their manager is too busy being flirty and friendly to one customer. Over 15 mins we watched the two servers struggle to keep up. Took me taking a picture to get her away from what could be her boyfriend or potential sugar daddy....but that?s just my opinion. She needs to get demoted or find a new job.
I had a great experience eating at Steak 'n Shake with my family. The onion rings were the best I 've ever eaten! And the service was excellent. I saw two primary servers for the whole restaurant, so it took a little bit of time for the food to come, which was fine. My brother-in-law 's meal was a bit overdone. Plus, two shakes were more like milk than ice cream, but those were replaced with somewhat firmer shakes. All in all, my family had a positive experience at this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Eat somewhere, but here! Burger's rolls tasted like they were sitting in the bottom of a grill, and they looked like that! Over half of our food has not been taken out or cooked. We didn't get half drinks, we waited 20 minutes after we asked. They weren't busy, there were three other tables. There was a congress act to get the food we didn't get from the bill, so we finally paid it. I wish I could give zero stars!
I'm never disappointed when I get a craving for Steak n' Shake. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable for a quick bite. My only complaint is that the phone number for this location never works. It would be great to call in a request before picking it up since the app limits what additional toppings you can ask for.
Jessica is absolutely the best drive through worker there! I come quite often and I sometimes run into the issue of the kitchen still putting the stuff I?m allergic to on my burger. But she always fixes it! Always has the best attitude! Would definitely give this girl a raise! Will always come back for Jessica. ??
