Ordered through Uber eats. I ordered at 9:50 pm, order didn't arrive until 11:50. Manager said someone picked up my order up twice and ate it. I received a cold burger with no lettuce or tomato as requested, I paid for a garlic double and got a single patty, I paid for onion rings and got a cold fry instead. I ordered Hi C, but they didn't have it, so I had to get Coke. Don't order from here. Workers are incompetent. How could you just not read a written order and just get it right? I was doing Uber nothing bad to really say but 1 thing I walked in 9 something and nobody spoke they just looked even the manager 5 mins into me standing there the cook finally turned around and got me together. steak n shake has always been cool in my opinion. they have steak burgers and really thicc shakes. food selection were just burgers and maybe some other stuff too. food and service were good and just what i expected when revisiting this place 8/10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
