First time here in a long time. Ordering process has changed to order at kiosk. The attendant was nearby to help out in our ordering process. The food came out quickly. It was hot and good. It was made the correct way. Fries were delicious. The kids grilled cheese was good and big. Milk shake was perfect. The ice tea was only ok. We were checked on my the attendant to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant is very clean. The workers all seemed pleasant. I'll come back again for sure.
While I have a strong affection for Steak n Shake, I must give them a poor review. Due to the current pandemic, they only allow drive-through service for dinner, despite other restaurants in Pinellas County allowing dine-in options. Additionally, the food tends to be greasy and lacking in quality when taken home. I suggest avoiding Steak n Shake until their dine-in service resumes.
The burgers are delicious! Milkshakes are absolutely yummy! The downside is they no longer have table service, you place your order on kiosk and pay. The restaurants are nice and clean, cutely decorated but you lose personal touch. You can see thecooks preparing the meals but you no longer have the personal interaction and I miss that
The women who took my order was very nice. However my food was just crazy. I had ordered a five way and it was a poor excuse for a five way. They gave me noodles and beef with cheese. The noodles looked uncooked. I order this at least once a week and if they don't step it up we won't be going there any longer. Reserva una mesa ahora
Steak 'n Shake offers delicious food at affordable prices, but the service is typically poor and slow. This particular Steak 'n Shake location, however, has exceptional service - the best I've ever encountered at a Steak 'n Shake. I hope they set a standard for other Steak 'n Shake restaurants to follow.
This Steak ?n Shake is a well run location with attentive staff that works hard. The food is consistent and there is simple self ordering on iPads. My kids love it and always get a fun flavored milkshake.
We regularly visit this restaurant for dinner, usually through the drive-thru. We then enjoy our meal in the car while it's still hot and delicious. The small shake is highly satisfying.
Even though the dining room is still closed the food and service I received from the staff here is always excellent. Friendly faces and delicious food. Will definitely be coming back. Reserva una mesa ahora
