ambiente with taking artificial flowers and Christmas deco very good. marvelous architecture, minimalism shows approaching in perfection. the Swiss entrecôte and the bark fillet were good, although not as desired seignant. the saibling fillet, on the other hand, slightly oversized, burned and with little gusto. also the yellow sauce could not give the dish any tasteful orientation. the rösti unfortunately too fat, burned and cold inside. the salat floats in the speck and the ready sauce softens all croutons. we wish the inovative entrepreneurs a step-proof, also to the chüestall:)

Trendy place a bit on the outside of Saas Fee with a steep hill to climb up to get there. the food and the atmosphere are excellent. staff are friendly and welcoming. We came to town for 5 days between Xmas and new year and...were lucky enough to be able to get a table on our first and last evening! Reservations are recommended!
we spent a great evening. from a to z get a great service, a very good wein recommendation which fits perfectly to the chosen eating. presentation of the food very great and the meat perfectly roasted. the interior modern rustic, to feel comfortable.
