When we asked if the music could be made a little quieter, we were told that of course it would be made quieter because we were sitting directly under the speaker and it was a little too loud. I had made a reservation for an event at the restaurant and paid in advance. Unfortunately, the restaurant canceled the event at short notice. Despite repeated inquiries, I have not yet received a refund for the amount I paid. Email and phone contact remained unsuccessful, and no solution was offered. I find it disappointing that no refund is offered for cancellations by the restaurant. This behavior does not strike me as customer-oriented, and I will refrain from making any further bookings in the future.
I was there late in the evening, the kitchen was almost closed, so I checked what was available and got a delicious snack, absolutely fantastic! Beautiful atmosphere, I'll be back for a steak next time! Thanks for your efforts!
The ambience is extraordinary and very beautiful. The price range is a bit higher, but given the quality of the food, this is absolutely appropriate.
