Really good food, excellent homemade curry sauce, but quite surprised and disappointed that they don't do radlers like most German beer halls in the UK. They should also look at taking a leaf out of Munich Cricket Club's book and making the environment more authentic and having things like genuine Mautner condiments available, as well as a wider variety of traditional dishes. There was just something lacking in terms of the atmosphere and authenticity that I've seen really well done at other beer halls in the UK.
It was dead when I went their and the food was not to Berlin standard but I enjoyed it none the less. Quality German lagers had the look of a beer hall. Staff where friendly and I would go back. Certainly better than eating at the premier inn.
After returning from Munich weeks ago... with zee deutch cherry well and truly popped... This place is a refreshing reminder of German decor, helles and vwurst! Only down side is we need some ompah ompah on the speakers ; not classic britpop
Came here for dinner a few weeks ago before embarking on a cruise the next day. The place was quite crowded, atmosphere was great and food was not bad. You have to order at the counter but service was acceptable.

Watched euro 2024, Denmark vs Germany game. Friendly staff, my friends asked sample before ordering, they kindly provided, good choice of drinks, and pub food. Great atmosphere with big screens.
THEE place to be on a night out. Great food, great drinks, steins and sausage and BANGER tunes. 10/10
German brewery in the center of Southampton, recommended and not very expensive
