Well, out and over! As the owner told me some time ago, it is generally very difficult to run gastronomy if you find no staff, a general problem on the Darss. As always, everything revolves around money, free according to the motto as much as possible, as fast and easy as possible. But what is the result?? No affordable living space for the staff, what you need now, no personal-no service-no tourism-no money!!! But this insight is blocked by the greed .... a high on the future!!!
