The building and setting is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and still excited about having turned vegan just recently. The food is a slightly modern riff on German rustic classics, including Currywurst. They feature mostly pub food, like tacos, schnitzel, and really lovely soy meat shashlik skewers! The dessert was a phenomenal vegan cheesecake. We felt that some elements aren't quite perfecta just yet, but may get improved in the future. For example, the starters were quite small and a bit too expensive for what was offered. The nonalcoholic beverages should be clearly marked on the menu. I can only recommend the stone house in büdingen. there are very tasty foods that not only delights vegans. the environment is very appealing and they can sit well outside in the summer. the service is very friendly and friendly.
