Sadly we didn't make it as far as the restaurant. We had unknowingly committed the cardinal sin of sitting on some sun beds without consulting with the ill tempered patronne. The result? Those sun beds were reserved by some invisible people. As were all the other empty sun beds when I'd apologised in good French and asked if there were others free. Presumably, she'll be making some invisible money as a result. So disappointing when we've received such lovely warm Corsican hospitality everywhere we've been. Dommage!
This place has a stunning view right on the beach, the food is OK but the wait is way too long. We waited an hour and a half four our five dishes Including a pizza, muscles and three other cold salads. the service was good, the owner has her temper but very kind... you must be ready to except patience while enjoying a stunning view or even taking a swim while waiting for your dishes which I strongly recommend...
My family has been going here for the past 4 years when in Corsica. We love it. Great food... Great wine... Friendly staff....Sabine is very welcoming and she serves excellent pizzas, pasta, fish and salads. The view is magnificent... Watch the sun set over the town while sipping a lovely glass of rosé. Looking forward to 2016 already.
