The staff is tight and the coffee (a pour over dark roast) was fabulous! What a great find at the passage through Roswell... we had a last night and had to come back before we left the city. The whole feeling of the place is welcoming and warm.

Loved the coffee. My mom brother went in said the guys were veryyy friendly and wished they had cash to tip them, we were coming back to Midland from a vacation! Coffee stop was the best!!

Went here twice on our Roswell visit. A perfect little coffee shop, with great coffee, amazing breakfast sandwiches, and friendly employees. Definitely a must if you're in town!

We often have theatre meetings at Stellar! It's a great welcoming space, with awesome drinks. Ann is the best! You can feel the artistic space when you walk in!

Stella is needed in n downtown Roswell. The coffee is brewed perfectly. The sandwich and pastry bar are a treat. Hope to go one evening when there is music.
