Stella's 24 Hour Eatery

Hi,I have been an avid customer and fan of Stellas food and value for money portions. All of their food items from Pizza to sandwiches, subs and desserts is super. But recently, I had an awful experience at Stellas with their customer service wherein the guy at the cash counter(bald short guy with a mustache) was super rude to me for no reason. I have seen this guy for the past 6 months , earlier their service and staff was super but since this guy has come their service and atmosphere has been very iffy. This guy tries to make nasty comments to customer which drives a lot of customers away. Please take the needful action against this guy to avoid any future negative customer runaway because...

Food was so bland had no flavor .. the dough tasted low quality and chewy. Sauce was even worse. Pepperoni roll was dry and nasty. Workers are touching the food with bare hands and touching other things in between like money. Kinda rude always no greeting no nothing. cheese tasted worse than you can get at a dollar store. very disappointed and wished i’d looked at the comments before. i’ve had Amazing pizza and bad but this doesn’t touch neither this is just awful. A worker was picking out knots and stuffing his mouth while walking around the back and serving.

They charge me $15 for this!!! I called to tell them that they’re missing part of my order. He told me to call back a different day because the manager wasn’t there I called back a different day. The manager still wasn’t there. I just had to dispute it with my bank.He told me that I was suppose to get fries to he didn’t even try to help.It’s crazy because I feel like the guy was the manager and $15 for for chicken fingers is crazy!!!! Not even for fresh chicken fingers don’t go here

Gave me an old slice of pizza no flavor ! Door wide open and flies All over. Tables and seats full of crumbs. Dirty. Was good a few years ago !!Food: 2/5

Lovely people… they let me sit for 3hrs with 2 large bags when i had nowhere to go. Great food too!
